Infrared Technology:

Infrared’s healing rays are felt on our skin as warmth, and are absorbed by our bodies to help them detoxify, relax, improve circulation, recover faster, sleep better, age well and help us feel good. The proof of this activity in our body is evidenced in the increase in core body temperature that happens during a 30-minute infrared sauna session. Our saunas are clinically-proven to raise core body temperature 3 degrees, which unleashes the most benefits to our health.

The warm air temperature in a full-spectrum infrared sauna supports your sweating environment, but is not what causes you to sweat. The ideal cabin air temperature range when using a sauna for maximum effectiveness and health benefit is between 115 – 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Most of our customers like it a bit on the hotter side, so we keep it mostly between 130-140 degrees.

Our saunas are in private rooms, which also have a changing area, so you will not be sharing with other people or other groups (but can have up to 3 people in your group--see below for pricing & sauna dimensions)



You can bring up to 2 additional guests. Guests pay $10 each (sauna bench for 3 people is 64.8" x 21.7")
