September brings one of nature’s most graceful gifts — the Autumnal Equinox, when light and darkness rest in perfect balance for one luminous day. It is the year’s great exhale — the moment the earth tips toward stillness and invites us to do the same.

In the crystalline sanctuary of the salt cave, we gather to breathe consciously, to release what the busy season of light has stirred in us, to welcome the introspective beauty of what is coming as the light recedes, and to open to what wants to be carried forward into the quieter months ahead. This is a practice of balance: between effort and surrender, between the outer world and the inner one, between what was and what is quietly becoming.

The cave holds us. The breath leads us. The equinox marks the way. Come as you are. Leave lighter.

***NOTE: Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. It’s preferable not to eat for at an hour prior. We will provide eye masks or you can bring your own.

Please arrive a few minutes early so as to be ready to begin on time!

Dr. Rae Riedel

Dr. Rae has been in private natural medicine practice for 35 years.

She is passionate about embodied purposeful living, conscious relationships, field awareness, and explorations at the edge of the known and unknown.

She holds a Master’s in Spiritual Psychology and is Hakomi trained (Body-Centered and Mindfulness Based Psychotherapy), is certified in Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy, and is the Founder of Integrative Breathwork – an international school that has trained and certified others in trauma-informed and mystically-inspired Breathwork over the past 7 years. She has intensively studied nature-based wisdom and shamanic traditions and has been a student of Thomas Hübl (a modern-day mystic) for 14 years, assisting him in his US-based programs supporting the healing of Collective Trauma.
